Laura's work is so inspirational, it's no wonder other musicians want to modulate and manipulate it...these remixes do add something to the originals (if only a different perspective from which to re-engage with the source material)... but her concepts are robust enough to allow for this level of reinterpretation...I'll always go back to Laura's stunning original though!
